At the Cockpit Theatre on September 6, Two Comedy Suicides is a double bill performed by David Erdos about two unique comedians. Heathcote William’s Hancock’s Last Hour details the final minutes of the legendary British comedian Tony Hancock as he reflects on his life. And written by David Erdos, His Last Cabaret – On the Life, Legacy and Afterlife of Lenny Bruce, looks at the life of the comedian who also came to prominence in the 1950s and 1960s and the destructive forces unleashed against him for daring to broach subjects of sex, politics and religion.
